Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your artwork, we're here to help. You may return or exchange the artwork within 15 days of purchase.

 

Please ensure that the artwork is in its original condition and packaging.  Refunds for returns will be issued once the artwork has been returned and received by Cindy. 

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

I ship all of my artwork through USPS, so please be sure to use the appropriate address when you are ordering.  I offer free shipping on all of my artwork within the United States.
